Hi, I’m Liz Berry!

What’s up! I’m Liz and I am an avid hiker, amateur snowboarder, yogi and lover of all things outdoors. Home for me is wherever I can embrace nature and get to the mountains - currently that’s Denver, Colorado!

I grew up a student-athlete - captain of my varsity basketball team, member of my varsity field hockey team and track and field sprinter. I participated in ALL of the intramural sports I could get to in college - basketball, broomball, and inner-tube water polo, to name a few. College is where I also discovered my love for the outdoors when I joined the New Hampshire Outing Club and started spending my weekends hiking in the White Mountains.

I quickly realized that the outdoors were where I was made whole. Being in the mountains humbled me, inspired me and I couldn’t get enough. Hiking turned into an obsession and when winter hit, I knew I needed to keep getting out there, And so, at 21 years old, I finally learned to snowboard too!

While I was always okay at hiking and snowboarding, I wanted to be better. I wanted to improve my performance so I could hike and ride longer, farther and better, and feel good doing it. It was when I combined my knowledge and passion for holistic nutrition with my outdoor sports that things really started to change.

I help outdoorsy gals improve their strength, stamina + confidence for their outdoor adventures.

After receiving my college degree with a focus in nutrition, I went on to enroll in the Health Coach Training Program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a wealth of knowledge about holistic health and wellness - how food, movement, relationships, mindfulness and lifestyle all played a role in helping us be our best selves.

Now that I understood how to feel better, I wanted to move better too. I obtained my Personal Trainer Cert with NASM and learned how to use exercise to reach my aesthetic and performance goals. I went on to work in gyms, wellness centers and fitness retreats - teaching people how to lose weight, gain strength and live life vibrantly.

It wasn’t until I moved west and really started spending ALL of my time outdoors (and working in the outdoor industry!) that I realized I wanted to help other outdoorsy girls in their pursuit for adventures too. I

decided to pursue my Sports Nutrition Coach Cert and found my passion for using nutrition, fitness and holistic health to help women feel better, stronger + more confident outside.

I work with all sorts of outdoorsy gals to improve their performance in the outdoors through balanced nutrition, dynamic fitness and mindful habits that sets them up for successful outdoor pursuits. Whether you are a new hiker or biker or climber, or a seasoned outdoor athlete looking to break through that plateau, my health and fitness programs are uniquely designed for you, your body and your goals.

“Since working with Liz, I have gotten stronger and my body overall feels better.”
